Hello everyone, this is DJ Joe, and I have a huge passion for music, especially rock and metal. I was raised in a very musical household, and both of my parents love classic rock from the 70s and 80s. When I was a teenager, I started to expand my taste into heavier music while still having a great love for the classic rock that I was raised on. I love to talk about music with my friends, Blackspinner’s Circle, and the Free Form Rock Podcast. I hope that you all enjoy jammin' and host and guest on several music podcasts including Heavy Water 77, The BS Sessions at the garage with me!

My name is Jerry Supe and I’m Coming to you from Cookeville, Tennessee—right between Nashville and Knoxville proudly hosting the 3 Shots Down Experience. As a kid, I was blown away by that iconic image of Jimmy Page raising the bow, and I thought to myself, This is what I want to do. I picked up a guitar and was instantly hooked. Ever since then, music has lived in my soul. It's become a part of me—who I was, who I am, and who I will be. I love many genres: metal, classic rock, pop, blues—and believe it or not—Opera and Classical. It is my absolute honor to share the music that has shaped my life with all of you.

I got my start in radio during the time of the Replacement Refs in the NFL. Local rock station 94Rock WOTT, in Watertown, NY, was looking for Replacement DJs. I answered the call, and a seed was planted. Later, Scott Green recruited me to TMS, where I honed my craft and especially mic skills, from September 2016 -November 2023.
